What do we provide:
- Up to 60 minutes of video calls to understand and discuss what your interests, requirements and other requests.
- Based on conversations, we will provide travel ideas and high level travel plan.
- Detailed and customized travel itinerary, which will include all the information you require to make your trip go smoothly.
Since our service is fully customized and clients’ requirements can vary significantly, we do not have a fixed price for this service. However, the usual range is around 💲250 to 💲300 (or ¥37,000 to ¥45,000) or its equivalent in other currencies. Once we have assessed your specific requirements, we will provide you with a quotation.

- Our itineraries provide a lot of useful information to help your trip go smoothly. We also understand that for many visitors to Japan, using public transport is not something they are used to and the extensive railway network and being a foreign country may seem intimidating. This service is to give you peace of mind in case you need extra help whilst in Japan.
What do we provide:
- Meet on arrival to help with orientation, obtaining tickets etc.
- Online help in case of need whilst you are in Japan (e.g. you need extra directions)
- Help if client wants / needs to revise their itinerary
¥10,000 if requested in advance (¥5,000 without on-arrival meeting). Any out of pocket expenses will be charged on top of this fee.
